• Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed items. Hair products with broken seals, used products, or items that have been opened will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Proof of Purchase:

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at blksobiet420@gmail.com. You may be asked to provide photos of the item(s) and packaging for verification.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after the return is approved.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we suspect fraud. Any returns made with a history of fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple returns, excessive claims) will be subject to a review process and may be denied. 

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to process the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to health and safety regulations, hair care products, including those that have been opened or used, are non-returnable.
